This Privacy Policy explains how Hit Network (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information from visitors to hitnetwork.com and from people who sign up to receive SMS messages from Hit Network.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to:

• Visitors to hitnetwork.com and any subdomains we operate
• People who submit contact forms, business inquiries, or other forms on our site
• People who opt in to receive SMS messages from Hit Network
• Creators, partners, and business contacts who interact with us through these channels

It does not cover third-party sites we link to. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

What We Collect

Server logs. Our web host collects standard server-level access logs when you visit, including IP address, requested URL, browser type, and timestamp. This is an inherent function of serving a website, not a separate tracking system. We do not use client-side analytics scripts or behavioural tracking cookies on this site.

Contact form submissions. If you submit a form on our site, we collect what you put in it. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message.

SMS subscribers. If you opt in to receive SMS messages, we collect your phone number, the date and method of your consent, the messages we send and receive with you, and any opt-out you submit.

Business inquiry data. If you reach out about a creator partnership, talent management, or other business matter, we keep the information you share with us (company name, role, project details, etc.) so we can respond and follow up.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or payment card numbers through this site.

How We Use What We Collect

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and follow up on conversations you started with us
• Send SMS messages only to phone numbers that have opted in, and only for the purpose the user consented to
• Operate and improve the site
• Send transactional or account-related messages (for example, appointment reminders or follow-ups)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

SMS Program Specifics

Phone numbers collected for our SMS program are used only for the purpose the user consented to at opt-in. We do not sell SMS subscriber data. We do not share SMS subscriber data with third parties for their marketing. If you reply STOP (or any standard opt-out keyword), we stop sending you messages and record the opt-out.

Third Parties We Use

We share limited information with service providers that help us operate. These include:

• Twilio for SMS message delivery. Twilio receives the phone numbers and message content needed to send messages.
• Our web host for serving the site. The host sees standard server logs (IP, request path, timestamps).
• Our email provider for sending and receiving email. The email provider sees message contents and addresses.

We share only what these processors need to perform their function. They are not permitted to use the data for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and Tracking

This site does not set advertising or analytics tracking cookies. The Calendly booking embed may set cookies governed by Calendly’s own privacy policy. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting the functionality of this marketing site.

We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as required by law. SMS consent and opt-out records are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance with messaging regulations. Contact form submissions are kept for a reasonable period to allow follow-up.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we have about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to any legal retention requirements
• Opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact support@hitnetwork.com and we will delete it.

If you are a California resident (or a resident of another state with similar rights), you have additional rights:

• Right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it
• Right to delete that information, subject to legal exceptions
• Right to correct inaccurate information
• Right to opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality experience because you exercised a privacy right.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for a reasonable period. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
